Fee Transparency & Fee-for-Service Benefits
At Lowry Endodontics, we believe you deserve honest, upfront pricing and care that puts your needs first—not insurance rules. Our fee-for-service model lets Dr. Rahim Karmali spend the time required to deliver painless, high-quality endodontic treatment tailored to you. This means more thorough diagnosis, advanced techniques, and a greater chance of saving natural teeth that others might recommend for extraction.
Our Fees (No Surprises)
- Comprehensive evaluation & consultation: $180 (includes full exam, all necessary diagnostics, and 2D radiographs)
- CBCT 3D scan (if clinically indicated): $225
- Root canal treatment starts at approximately $1,700
After your evaluation, Dr. Karmali will personally review your exact treatment plan and fees in writing. There are never any hidden charges or add-ons.
Out-of-Network Provider
Because we devote extra time to each patient for optimal results, we operate outside insurance networks. Payment is expected at the time of service. If you have dental insurance, we will gladly file the claim electronically on your behalf. You will be reimbursed directly by your insurance company based on your plan’s benefits, often with fewer denials and less hassle than in-network offices.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS
The quality of your care is very important to us. Once an appointment has been made, this time has been reserved exclusively for you. Canceling without a 48-hour notice makes it difficult for us to help our other patients. A late cancellation fee may be assessed.
